I've had 14 PT sessions with Din now and I can say confidently that choosing Din has been the best decision I made.
I have a few medical conditions that have lead to low energy levels and even some minor arthritis but Din has been very understanding and tailored all my sessions to suit my level.
The carefully planned workout sessions have allowed my strength and confidence to increase.
He has provided me with ideas for nutritional meals and healthier alternatives to my sugar cravings.
He takes down measurements and notes down all weight amounts I have performed to ensure I am steadily increasing in strength.

Now his service he provides as a personal trainer is second to none and that just portrays how great of a trainer he actually is.
