Sophie catered our wedding on the weekend there and WOW what a star. The food was DELICIOUS and the service was wonderful. Food was gorgeous and fresh and looked lovely on the plate. What I loved most about working with Sophie of Flair & Flavour was how nothing was a bother. When I first rang her I was in wedding planning hell and she just said to me "I've got this- this isn't for you to worry about, let me worry about it" and I knew I was on to a winner. Planning was seamless, Sophie just worked along with me and helped my vision come true. Quotes were sorted quickly and were straight to the point. At one stage in the night I was cold and she even brought me a blanket from her car - what can't this woman do?! The best service, the most delicious food, the easiest to get on with. The food we ordered for my 30th birthday was delicious and beautifully presented for ease of serving we had homemade sausage rolls , honey mustard cocktail sausages , canapés and sandwiches and they all went down such a treat with everyone- the whole process from ordering to delivery was so hassle free - will defiantly be using again for future parties and get together!
