Five Star were good initially but then when I had tiles that had slipped and fell and I asked them to come back the problems started. I understand being busy but not showing up when promised, not communicating changes in plans and then just not communicating at all. I would not recommend them. More...

We did not guarantee this work because the roof needs replacing and it’s probably over 100 years old any time a tile slips or comes loose doesn’t mean we have to replace.

What a great company I’ve needed my roof replaced for many years now and I’ve decided to get it done we had 4 quotes from local roofing contractors Michael came out explaining how the job would go from start to finish and the cost was very reasonable for what work needed doing they were always on time very polite and good workmanship I’ve really felt comfortable with these guys and my garden was always clean and tidy very professional would recommend to anybody.

Michael and his team did a fantastic job on are property they explained everything in detail step by step also gave us some ideas and advise we had a new roof installed on are 3 bed detached property it looks so well and only took 5 days to complete I would highly recommend.

A pain? I paid you £14k for this job, the roof is ok but the rest, the fascias, the leaking guttering. The 'repair', you did was crap and well you know it. The conduit was a TV coaxial cover not ELECTRIC. Remember you took it down to fit a cladding angle which buckle in the sun. Your warranty for your work is not worth a sou. Firstly the roof installation was reasonably finished in 2022 but the fascias and guttering was horrendous. The front guttering leaking like a sieve. The rear facia had a conduit attached that needed coming off they failed to do so and didn't tell me, so just cut the fascia in half lengthwise and put it in upside down, crazy. The guttering was put up wavy and the rain gushed over the top, not enough brackets. Cost me £600 to put right. Their warranty is not worth the paper it wasn't written on. The roof was fine he had electrical cabels that were in aluminium boxes on the fascia were not electricians were roofers this guy was just a pain to work for as always had something to say i also gave him the money back for the guttering and fascia job.

AVOID! These guys made a complete mess of my garage and house roof. Everything needed doing again by a different company. Three owner Paul threatened me, then liquidated his company and opened up again in a new name. 7.4k down the pan. AVOID!

Absolutely would recommend Absolute roofing. They installed a new roof which had collapsed very quickly and efficiently. Very skilled at roofing and did very good job with good humour. Am pleased with result.

Very impressed with the promptness of response.
Very helpful and thorough in completing work very quickly

AVOID!
All of the work completed needs to be re-done by somebody competent.
Our new garage roof isn't fut for purpose and needs replaceing.
Every one of our gutters leak.
The facias blocked our windows from opening, and their solution was to push the facia+gutter up over the windows, so now our gutters go up and down, and hold water.
They fixed less than half of the holes in my roofs felt, and claim that that's all I asked for.
They also recommened and fitted a bird guard that doesn't stop the birds from entering.
They're asking for more money to come and fix their mistakes, and finally and best of all, Paul offered to "come round and shut me up" when I complained about the work. Nice guy!

These guys are absolute stars. Came round within 30 of making the phone call to look at my elderly mothers flat roof.
They showed me the work that needed doing via a video. The roof was very dangerous.
They can back within 5 days to do the work. Very tidy cleaned up on both days.
I cannot praise them enough.

The guys were so lovely and so helpful they responded really quickly. The issue with our roof was urgent and it was during a rainy period so they put a temporary tarp up until they were able to fix it which was so thoughtful. The job was done in a few hours and we have a nice new roof. There is a few other issues that we need fixed so we will definitely be calling them back for our repairs in the future.
