The team did an amazing job.I gave them the task of repairing quite an old and heavy treadmill and they’ve sent me it back in perfect condition. They travelled out a few times and were really patient with my requests.They’re not easy machines to fix so please be patient with your request, but it’s definitely worth it in the end with the amount of money you save in the long run. Great communication and customer service from initial enquiry through to completion. Booked a service at pretty short notice and was given a 2 hour time window for the call around 72 hours ahead of the visit. Engineer was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the exact issue clearly and how it was remedied. Highlighting any concerns for future. I experienced a fault with my treadmill, so I contacted Fitness Fix UK. They sent an engineer out to identify the problem. The engineer arrived on time and diagnosed the fault almost immediately, clearly explaining what was wrong. I received a quote from their main office, and once I accepted it, I rebooked the engineer for the repair. Again, the engineer arrived on time and fixed the issue without any problems.
