Jason made an excellent job cleaning the roof and gutters. He power washed all walkways, patio, drive and all as good as new now.
He went over and beyond and cleared and repaired wherever he noticed the need. At no extra cost.
He is prompt, friendly and thorough. Just gets on with it and does a first rate job.
I shall continue to offer Jason any work needed at our house.
The neighbours in our village are impressed too by his dedication and by the quality of his work.

Jason came to clean and replace some broken guttering. He kept me up to date. Arrived when he said he would. Did a fabulous job at the price he quoted despite it being more complicated. I would highly recommend.

Renewing or repairing the guttering on the stable block had needed doing for a while. I finally got round to doing something about it on Saturday night online when I accidentally found myself on Bark. One minute after posting my enquiry, I was contacted by First Impressions. Jason came out on the Sunday and gave me a rough estimate. By Monday evening the work was completed to an excellent standard at a price fractionally above the estimate due to more replacement guttering being required than first anticipated. I am sure he won't be able to do all jobs almost immediately but would be well worth waiting for if he couldn't! A very satisfied customer. More...

Jason has just cleaned our gutters, it was not a straight forward job, he did a fantastic job, very reasonable price (cheap I thought) he was here at the time he said he would be, I can’t recommend him enough.

Had our guttering cleaned today by Jason and his colleague they arrived very prompt and were polite and professional.They did a excellent job and even did a extra job for us with no charge and where very reasonably priced would definitely recommend and use in the future

Jason and his assistant did an absolute fantastic job it was not an easy job but he did it and nothing was too much trouble will be getting him back to do more jobs for us five star

As we have had a considerable amount of rain since our guttering job was completed last week I thought it pertinent to add further comments to my previous review. In one word RESULT!
I must add that I believed the guttering just needed repositioning which Jason did but during the process he highlighted some issues with the lead flashing and mud and leaves that had gathered in guttering above the garage guttering that was having an adverse effect to the flow of rainwater into that area. Had a problem with guttering above my porch and garage in so far as the rainwater was overflowing and not going down the down pipe. Jason responded quickly with a visit and provided me with an acceptable quote. He explained what he saw as the problem and the fact the guttering needed to be re-positioned. Within a couple of days he and Lindsay came round and took down the guttering and solved the problem. They were both very pleasant and Jason explained what he was going to do and as the job progressed showed me what remedial action the was taking. Had my gutters cleaned by Jason and Lindsay could not have been quicker phoned one day and they came on the day I asked what a great job they did they even cleaned my conservatory nice down to earth people I can't recommend them highly enough I need some more work on my roof and will definitely use them

Jason responded quickly and came to assess my gutter problem. He cleaned all the debris from it and showed me where the problem was coming from. The guttering doesn't drain off properly so Jason gave me options that would be cost efficient. I'm very pleased with First Impressions and would recommend to friends and family. More...
