First choice garden and property maintenance

My drive was cleaned. Dave arrived on time as agreed and got on with the job. Polite and curious. A good job was done and every thing wash down on completion.

When they arrived I was concerned that they thought they simply just needed to clear the garden. When I explained that I wanted the garden cleared and levelled they said they had not brought along the correct tools. They then set about clearing the garden which took less than 2 hours for which I paid £300 as they said they would have to pay to dispose of the rubbish. Very nice guys but would have been happier if the land had been levelled which I thought I was paying that amount for. More...

hi patricia im sorry for the misunderstanding but on arrival I explained that I was just under the impression of clearing all of the garden and making it look tidy for you not levelling! you then let us continue with the work what we discussed with you and your husband while we was there once Completed i then ask If you and your husband was happy with everything before we left ' you even ask if we could build a slope entering the garden and also membrane and gravel the area witch we quoted for and you accept it but then later on cancelled ' im sorry if you fill that you payed more than you should of but we do have to pay to get rid of our waste and you had the option whether to go ahead with it before we even started 'many thanks david
