Responded quickly as we a had water coming through roof. A previous company failed to resolve this after waiting for a response for several weeks.
They arrived when stated an identified a couple of potential gaps that could be causing the problem. Since their visit there has been no further problem. There were further issues that they also tackled and did a great job replacing a row of tiles and replacing a badly installed guttering.
