On recommendation from my dad who used this company couple months ago I used them today to install a new alarm system. From the initial contact, Dave was super friendly and very knowledgeable on what I was looking for, answering any queries I had easily, he put me right at ease. A no obligation visit and chat a few days later was exactly what I needed to discuss the options and look at a proposed layout for the system. The same day a quote was sent over and we agreed the installation. Correspondence throughout was simple and constant, agreeing a suitable day that worked for both myself and them for the installation. Installation was unbelievably neat, they were super tidy and efficient, Jason and Mark were really lovely and professional, genuinely, I cannot believe how quickly and tidy they worked! Helping me set up the app and talking me through the features, also offering aftercare if needed. Afterwards, my correspondence with Dave was faultless to get an invoice and arrange payment. They were responsive to requests, proactive in coming up with ideas and advice. From the initial enquiry to the end result the communications was excellent. Furthermore the professional product knowledge made it very easy to choose the right application for me. The installation team was prompt, courteous and extremely tidy and at the end of the day expertly demonstrated the CCTV system and the benefits from it. Superb from start to finish.

I had a 6 camera CCTV system fitted via aerialforce (MaxxOne) about 18-months ago. Three of the cameras had failed and I found their after sales poor so had a closer look myself. Poor fitting process also so I stopped throwing good money after bad and found Firefly, as a local company, and decided to give them a go based upon good reviews.

Better quality cameras, better quality fittings, better user interface for the systems. I now have an 8-camera system and it cost me less! They also managed to internet link an outbuilding which aerialforce were unable to do...

I found the three people I dealt with to be friendly, professional, knowledgeable and communicative (Dave, Jason & Mark). The whole process has been flawless from start to finish including the tuition given by the installer to the after sales support offered by Dave.

I got in touch with Bee-Safe CCTV Ltd through Firefly Intergrated Solutions Ltd who fitted 3 cameras at our property, Mark the installation engineer was very professional and explained everything and listened to everything we wanted etc , talked us through setting up our mobile phones and iPads with the app that we needed to link to the cctv cameras, all round very pleased and would recommend them highly.
