I have seen Rachael regularly since 2017 when my mum was terminally ill, and I was struggling to come to terms with her eventually not being earthside. During that time, I was also in an unhealthy marriage and navigating a number of other mental health concerns of my own, and I need a safe space to work through it all and get some frameworks to move forward. Rachael has provided that to me in spades. And even though I am out of those darker places, I still see Rachael for regular guidance, growth and for that space to navigate thoughts and feelings without judgement and growth. With Rachael's support, I have stepped out of my comfort zone SO many times, backed myself and my son more than I could have done previously and even have done a TEDx talk - something I would not have done without improving my mental health and belief in myself. If you can't tell, I can not recommend Racheal enough. She is an amazing counsellor, and I feel so lucky for our paths to have crossed. More...
