Agreed to come in at 2 pm, Nick only knocked on the door and by the time tenant came down form 2nd floor to open, he was long gone.
He did not even ring the bell, but called my mobile instead, and I do not live in the house .The work has not been done, and he left a message accusing me of his 90 minutes travel .2 15 pm I called his wanting him to come back to do the job, but he did not reply. At 2.30 he mocked my message and never returned to do the job.
Avoid using is services , there are plenty professionals

I turned up at 1:50. I knocked on the door upon arrival, again at 2pm, and for a third time at 2:15pm. I also tried to call the number you provided twice, but it was switched off. I believe i waited long enough before leaving. If nobody is answering the phone or door, i have no idea where you are or how long you are going to be. I accused you of wasting 90 minutes of my time as that's how long it took me to drive to you and back on a bank holiday Monday. You called me back at 2:30 expecting me to return to the job. Sorry but almost 30 minutes of waiting is more than reasonable. If you read my other reviews, you will see that i am professional and on time.

1st Class service from start to finish! I had a flat with a strong (very!) dog smell .. Nick has got the best equipment and certainly the knowledge and the will for it. He saved me a lot of money as I was about to replace the carpets but after his magic carpets are clean and there is a fresh aroma in the air. Very professional and honest. The end results after completing my work!! Also, seeing customers' faces as i show them the results of the clean.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After covid i thought i would enjoy a new challenge after several years working as a sales account manager. Being self employed has certainly given me plenty of challenges and new learnings.
