I was inspired to become a business owner because I wanted the freedom to build something of my own and take control of my future. After gaining experience in groundwork, I realised I had the skills, knowledge, and work ethic to create a company that delivers quality and reliability. I wanted to set my own standards, work directly with clients, and have the satisfaction of seeing projects come to life under my leadership. The challenge of running a business and the opportunity to create a solid reputation in the industry motivated me to take the leap and make it happen.

To keep my clients safe from COVID-19, I implemented strict health and safety measures on all job sites. This included maintaining social distancing whenever possible, providing PPE like masks and gloves for my team, and ensuring regular handwashing and sanitising of equipment. I also minimized in person meetings, opting for phone or video calls to discuss projects. If on site visits were necessary, I made sure they were conducted safely, following all guidelines. My priority has always been the health and well-being of my clients and team, so I stayed up to date with regulations and adapted my processes to keep everyone protected while continuing to deliver high-quality work.
