Raza was brilliant! I was after building regs support for a standard permitted development garage conversion. What I discovered when I contacted any architectural services company is that they were all very eager to help but I felt that what they were all proposing was like cracking a nut with a sledgehammer. With a corresponding price tag that reflected those proposed services.

What was great about Raza was that he talked to me in plain English explaining what’s really needed for this very straightforward project. Which confirmed my suspicion that all other firms were over-selling me.
