Fence it/pave it/turf it

Not happy with my fence, rushed and bodged up job.All that they had to do was to straighten the post, one panel fell out 2 days later ,the other panel shaky. Paid over £1,000.
very disappointed,hard to get in touch with him, tried texting him finally got back a couple of days later.Said he will try to send someone over,”nothing”that was 2 weeks ago.Still nothing, Still waiting.

This company installed a sleeper wall for me around June last year. Absolute rubbish rush job. Not at all straight had to get them back to it. Still couldn’t get it straight so I eventually gave up with them. I can’t use fence for lights now until I get it straight somehow which I’ve had to start myself (company owner said he thought it was a good job , not sure how a sloping wall is a good job. One I had took out was perfectly straight so it can be done. Any way cost 2 k for a sloped wall. Won’t ever use them again or recommend them to anyone. From the moment Mike came to give the quote for replacing a section of fencing and some garden walling, I knew they would do a good job; and so it proved. It was Mick who did the work, turning up @ 8-00am every day, only stopping for coffee breaks. Not only did he do an excellent job the quality of the parts used was just as good too. All the old concrete posts etc were removed and Mick did a good clean up job afterwards. There was also a follow up visit by Mike to make sure we were happy with the job; We certainly were. The price was reasonable, Mick , the guy who did the work arrived on time and did a great job, and tidied up as much as he could. He took great care not to damage the existing flowerbeds. Mike and Kurt (Kirk, Kurk?) have just completed some fencing and a complicated elevated deck and boardwalk. They have worked hard through inclement weather and we are thrilled with the completed project. Their work ethic is commendable.

I can only say absolutely brilliant I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed a new fence putting up on the boundary line and had trouble finding a company to do the job. So glad we hired Mike Berry of Fence It. He came round to look at the job and talked about exactly what we wanted, showed us examples of fencing and gates and discussed what we would need to do and what he would provide. Gave us a quote the next day which we accepted. He arrived on site on the day we agreed, the job took longer than expected as his labourer let him down. He worked on his own in extreme heat, completing the job two days later than planned. Not only did he carry out the work agreed to an excellent standard but went over and above to secure the neighbours property by adding an extra fence panel at the front of the property and repaired the pavement which had been damaged twice by the skip hire company, he didn’t charge us for this extra work. I cannot recommend Mike enough, anyone who hires him is hiring a professional who cares not only about the standard of his work but also listens to the client and is always happy to adjust the requirements if necessary More...

I’ve just had two patio areas completed by monarch and I’ve got to say I’m absolutely thrilled how they have transformed my garden. Mike (the owner), kept in touch and made sure I was happy with the plans and wanted to ensure I was totally happy from start to finish and came out to speak to me personally.
