Federica is brilliant. She varies the exercises, works you very hard and tailors the session to suit you and any weaknesses eg back problems. She's great company too.

Federica has been extremely professional since day 1.
She keeps every session fresh by using different training techniques, she motivates but also challenges you every time.
She is also a wonderful and kind person and an absolute pleasure to train with.
I would give her 100 stars if I could! I highly recommend Federica and will keep training with her for many years to come.

Federica is one of the best things that happened to me! As a professional gym-hater, couch-potato, I can tell I met the perfect motivator to be healthier and start enjoying exercise. Federica is extremely professional, making you start from zero and
Picking up pace comfortably. All your body works and she changes exercise all the time, using different tools she carries around in her Mary-Poppins bag. She's super friendly and fun and extremely skilled at motivating you. My body has already started changing, I'm building up muscles I didn't know I had and I feel good! Best money ever spent for exercise, I will keep going with Federica for sure! Highly recommended.
