Jamie came round to assess the work i needed to be done for my mum. He supplied a quote and a couple of weeks later he and another came to do the work. Not living near mum i need to be able to trust tradesmen i employ to do work for mum and the great thing about Family Tree Landscaping all the work is kept within house; Jamie came to assess and also to do the work. My mother is extremely happy with the work that Jamie and Sam have done so sensitively on her small front and back gardens. The guys did an amazing job on our garden and we cannot rate them highly enough! All the guys were friendly, polite and very hard working. They did everything we asked for and more. We had an idea of what we wanted but were very happy to listen to Jamie's and Sam's ideas and were very glad that we took on board everything they suggested as the space looks even better than we had hoped for. Everything was left very clean and tidy, with all the resultant rubbish taken away - always a bonus! Family Tree were so good they carried out the work on replaceing a fence so efficiently took away the old fence cleared everything up before leaving all done 3 days. Amazing work.

I am not happy with my experience. After two no shows, I felt pressured into paying cash for them to clear some brush and cut two small bushes. At the time I felt I was being over charged, but didn't know how to back out of the situation. I definitely feel taken advantage of and that I paid way too much. More...

Put custom made trellis fencing with concrete posts and concrete decorative kick-boards around back and front garden. Completed in good time. Jamie and his guys were very pleasant, all communication was clear and easy to understand, once onsite they made short work of our old dilapidated fences and had a lovely new set up within 2 days.
