About

I offer coaching to individuals at all stages of their careers, from those taking their first steps into management, to established senior leaders. My goal is to support clients to gain greater understanding of their situation and to develop solutions for themselves to any challenges they may be facing.

I have worked with people on a range of areas, including:
• Transitioning into new roles, whether that be a promotion or moving from a technical / professional job into a managerial one
• Developing leadership skills
• The lead up to maternity leave, and subsequent return to work
• Dealing with complex management challenges
• Career development
• Giving time away from the day-to-day work pressures to focus on personal development

As well as a post-graduate level qualification in coaching and mentoring, I hold an MSc in leadership and an MBA, which I also draw on, alongside 15 years of operational and strategic management experience.
