AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 1 star is extremely generous! Please view other Google reviews confirming this type of behaviour. Ben shouldn’t be trusted to clean his own backside.
Booked EZ clean for some restorative work. Despite paying a significant deposit upfront to secure materials, I was repeatedly ghosted and left in the dark. The company's failure to show up or communicate was a complete breach of trust.
To add insult to injury, Ez Clean has informed me that they have received a refund from their materials supplier but have yet to return my deposit. This is a clear indication of their deceptive practices and a blatant disregard for their customers.
I strongly advise anyone considering Ez Clean to look elsewhere. Their unprofessional behaviour and unethical business practices are unacceptable.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! I messaged them at 5pm to see if they’d be able to squeeze in a carpet clean tonight (Due to us moving into a new house tomorrow) and they were here for 6pm to do the work, They worked their butts off till gone 8pm to get the carpet looking brand new!
