Great service. Had to take a family of 8 + suitcases and pushchair, with 2 stops. Arrived on time, did a 'magical' job of stacking suitcases and picked us up as friendly as ever when we returned to B'ham Airport. Will defo use again.

48 hours before our flight the company cancelled our taxi, this was because we hadn’t completed the online payment which I would understand but a courtesy call or email would’ve taken about 30 seconds and it was merely a misunderstanding because I have the cash out ready, I replied to their cancellation email asking if I can still book if I make payment now or if not if they know any other taxi companies who have child car seats as that’s why we booked with them but no response, for what it’s worth the booking process is easy just remember to make your payment online as they won’t remind you

Amazing service from start to finish, was our first time using this service for an airport run, our first driver contacted us the day before our flight to confirm pick up time and for the age of our Niece who required a car seat, he provided a car chair suitable for her age, arrived on time was very friendly. We used Excelsior cars for a return trip from Walsall to Birmingham Airport in August 25. The service was first class, Abid the driver was on time, polite and very attentive to our needs, helping us with our luggage and taking us straight into the premier set down at the airport.
