Niall has been really helpful in guiding me on what I’m after and aim to get to next, but also helped developed a plan to get there.
One of the key aspects that I liked most was trying to come up with “try before you buy” ideas, where it’s identifying small steps to see if that’s the path you want to go down before putting too much effort or making a one way decision to go that way.
Highly recommend. Especially if you are mid level managing looking for that next step up to director level +.

He provided valuable insight along with practical examples on how to become a better leader.
It’s clear to see why he was so successful at Google.
After each session he would provide me with a write-up / report, on everything we covered off in the session, this enabled me to focus on the session and not get distracted be taking notes.
This proved very useful especially when transferring my learnings in to practice.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to help people unlock their potential by helping them figure things out, whether it's their career direction, a specific business challenge that's holding them back.

What inspired you to start your own business?
