She's extremely good at focusing lessons, setting measured targets and timed moments, so that he is completely engaged throughout. She is also incredibly astute and quick to adapt as he develops, pushing his learning whilst also mindful not to make him feel out of depth. Her lesson planning is extremely thoughtful as are her lesson reports. Our son has complete respect and affection for her too. Eve is an excellent tutor to our son who is preparing for his 11+. She is very friendly yet professional often adapting lessons to suit our sons needs and abilities. Highly recommend for 11+.

Eve is tutoring my two daughters in Y6 and she is absolutely wonderful. She has built great connections and got to know them both very well. My girls look forward to their lessons, feel that they are challenged but still enjoy what they learn. Eve tutored my son for a year on the run up to his GCSEs. He needed help, as he is dyslexic and had struggled with English exams up to that point. Eve gave him a highly effective structured approach for his English Literature paper and more general help with his Language paper.

Eve is a wonderful teacher and she has helped me so much with my English. I love her lessons and she is great at not just teaching grammar but building confidence in someone like myself. I have been studying with Eve for the last year and I can’t believe how much I have improved I no longer feel embarrassed to talk in English. I highly recommend Eve. She tailors her lessons to my sons level. He really likes her friendly approach and good attitude. She is highly organized and very communicative to me. Eve is very flexible and has tailored lessons to areas which my son needs support in. She is also extremely encouraging and puts studies into context of future goals and useful skills. I really like that she sends me a lesson plan in advance every week and she has a weekly homework deadline . Because of Eve, I'm sure my son will get an excellent mark in GCSE English.
