Full wedding Planning package
We offer full wedding planning service; this service allows us to plan your big day from beginning to the end, taking the stress completely off you while you relax and enjoy your day. We would be acting as the first point of contact for all vendors involved in your event. This service is best for busy clients who need professional guidance from the beginning to the end. Weddingsbyeeva will work closely with you on everything and will make sure you get your dream wedding achieved. This service includes the following:
• First introductory meeting (in-person or via zoom)
• Creating a do-to list to guide client
• Creating a budget spreadsheet
• Sourcing for venue & assistance with venue selection if applicable
• Full vendor sourcing, selection & booking
• Creating & managing the wedding theme and design theme
• Managing guest lists and RSVPs
• Scheduling of vendor meetings (in-person or via zoom)
• Management of vendors once selected
• Creating a vendors list with all contacts
• Coordinating pre-wedding shoot
• Drafting the reception programme
• Creating a floor plan
• Sourcing souvenirs
• Attending final dress fitting
• Keeping track and sending reminders for payments due
• Co-ordination of the wedding reception
