Eva is a great coach and has been a huge support to me recently.
She listens, challenges where appropriate and often follows up with useful materials.
I enjoy the sessions, come away feeling lighter and particularly value Eva’s flexibility around booking sessions when I most need them.

Eva is supporting my son with life coaching, on a one to one basis, they have built up a fantastic professional relationship and she seems to understand his holistic needs. They discuss and cover all areas of his life, including Education, employment, developing his social communication skills , budgeting, life skills, planning, and relationships, at his own pace. Eva is extremely flexible, kind caring and compassionate about her role, she is able to listen carefully, so she has full understanding of working in partnership to complete any tasks or goals at hand. We have currently been working with Eva for approximately 7 months, and it’s been an enjoyable experience, and an absolute pleasure working with Eva. I would definitely recommend. More...

When I started this journey, my sole purpose was to gain enough confidence to change my career hoping that this would make me happy.
Eva asked several questions that got me thinking in a way I had not thought before. I was encouraged to think, talk and tackle some difficult aspects of my life to get to the root cause of my unhappiness.
During our sessions my confidence grew as I began to step out my comfort zone and started to connect with others. I had thought that coaching was targeted at high level business and affluent people and I have been so surprised how my views have changed.
Eva has not only helped me change my mindset but with her support and the tools used, she has given me a more positive outlook to my life.
I had no idea how coaching could make such a difference to my life, but I'm truly grateful that I hired Eva to help me. I obtained a promotion towards the end of our sessions, which was made easier by the practice interview coaching and the confidence boosters.
Eva managed to gently delve into many areas of my life that had been neglected or forgotten which has been so helpful, I have got so much more than I had thought I ever would.

Since working with Eva, I feel more confident in my decision making and my mental well-being has improved. I have learnt a lot about myself which has helped in understanding my thoughts and how to manage them.
Eva was flexible and friendly, she always had suggestions on how to improve difficult situations and how to approach obstacles and break them down to make them less overwhelming.
I now have great techniques to manage negative thoughts and issues that were stopping me from moving forward and developing and I am now in a much happier place than when I started. I didn’t expect to find out I was a people pleaser and now that my self-awareness has improved, I know how to manage this. If you decide to work with Eva, you won’t be disappointed as she shares her vast knowledge and experience of coping with many of life’s challenging situations and people!

I highly recommend Eva to anyone looking to change or take the leap into a new career. Eva helped me to move into the independent teaching sector after a period of not working after having a family. Eva helped me to focus on what I wanted in a job and helped me to improve my CV. I am now working in a great independent school and I can’t thank Eva enough for help! More...

Eva coached me at a transition point in my career, where I was in the final stages of an intensive interview process for a role I really wanted. She helped me to be more precise about what was important to me in terms of work and other aspects of my life i.e. health/wellbeing and relationships. I was offered the new role early on in our relationship and Eva helped me enormously to be clear on what my package expectations were - monetary and non-monetary. She gave me the support and headspace to allow me to be calm and patient in the negotiation process, which led to a great positive result. Throughout our coaching relationship Eva was the epitome of professionalism, and I always knew she had my best interests in mind. She helped me develop key actionable goals in the areas of career, relationships and wellbeing, and I have had a great sense of achievement in the progress I have made. I have felt supported and empowered by Eva throughout our relationship. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eva as a coach. More...
What do you love most about your job?
I love having the opportunity to support others to improve the quality and happiness within their life, ensuring they are reaching their full potential. I love helping people to become more self-aware of destructive thought patterns, and helping them to become 'unstuck' and as a result, lead happier and more fulfilled lives. I also enjoy the freedom and flexibility running my own business gives me, I can be creative and work to my areas of strength.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 25 years of teaching, I was burnt out, exhausted all the time and I felt I needed a new challenge. Helping others is still incredibly important to me, so coaching seemed like a good way to continue supporting others, but with a lot less stress! With my grown up children thriving in their lives, I wanted the flexibility to be able to travel with my laptop and work remotely from anywhere in the world. I am now in a pattern where I go back to the UK during the school holidays as my daughter and most of my friends are teachers, and during the term time, I visit my parents and family in Ireland but mostly I fly to warmer countries and live in Airbnb's near the beach!
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm personable, I have excellent intuition, I'm caring, flexible, understanding, empathetic and passionate about helping others to be the best version of themselves. If you're unsure, why not book your first (completely FREE) session with absolutely no obligation to continue and no pressure from me? You'll know if I'm the sort of coach that will work well with you, and if I'm not, that is absolutely fine.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
My service is completely remote, so I can help anyone who can speak English, anywhere in the world.
