Looking for a DJ for mine and my friend's - lets just say 'significant' birthday we were so pleased we picked Estelle Du Jour. From her opening email, to her follow up after the event she was friendly, polite and super keen to make sure we had the best night we could possibly have - and she delivered! She took on board the kind of vive we wanted for our party, was enthusiastic about our top 10 song picks, and played just what we wanted on the night. She provided great sound, lighting and just the right amount of 'DJ' encouragement to get people on the dance floor and keep them there - we really felt like we had a friend doing our music for us! I had 80’s90’s and other genre’s for our festival.DJ Estelle Du Jour saved the day the vibe’s where electric it was an amazing time we all had . The fantastic mix of music very professional the festival was a success we were more than satisfied with our DJ experience. I’d Highly recommend DJ Estelle Du Jour well done and bravo at such short notice. This appeared to have been the DJ’s first gig at the time we were very impressed. What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
I love to start the party with tunes that we know and love to get everyone in the mood! I connect with the crowd intuitively and move through music based on the feel of the room.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
My Caribbean roots are prevalent in my style, I am a selecta! My style is about energy and fun and I don't limit myself to one particular genre because music is diverse!
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy and losing myself in the music make this job the best! I have always been customer focused and I have come from working in the industry (for festivals abroad) and so I know how important it is to connect. Music really IS the answer!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been an individual and I can only truly feel happy when I am following my own path in life. I want to make the most of my talent and I also want to help my community too so this business is a great way for me to be a valuable person in my community and beyond!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am in this industry for the love of music and my love of service. I am polite, professional and stylish - I know how to get the party started! Every occasion I play at is special to me and I am always grateful to be booked and make memorable nights.
