What do you love most about your job?
“What I love most about my job in construction is the sense of accomplishment that comes from creating something tangible and lasting. Whether it’s paving roads, laying bricks, or building structures, it’s incredibly rewarding to see the results of hard work take shape and know it will serve a purpose for years to come. I also enjoy the teamwork involved—working with skilled crews and problem-solving together to overcome challenges on-site. Every day is different, and I love the opportunity to keep learning, improving, and contributing to projects!
What inspired you to start your own business?
“I’ve always been passionate about building and creating something that lasts. Seeing a project come to life from just an idea has always been incredibly rewarding for me. Over time, I realized I wanted to take that passion to the next level by starting my own construction business. I was inspired by the opportunity to bring my own vision and standards to projects, provide quality work, and make a difference in my community—whether it’s through paving roads, building structures, or enhancing public spaces. I also wanted to create a business where I could build strong relationships with clients and provide opportunities for others in the industry. Starting my own company allowed me to combine all of that with the freedom to grow and lead in a way that aligns with my values!
