She was warm and friendly and we discussed my requirements and she arranged my EPC appointment for a day and time that suited me. What inspired you to start your own business?
30+ years in Property and then I qualified as an Energy Assessor and grew the business to being one of the UKs leading EPC providers
Why should our clients choose you?
Despite covering the whole of the UK we have avoided the "call centre" setup of many of our competitors. When calling EPC Choice your enquiry is just as likely to be picked up by the MD as it will be any of the qualifed staff in the office. We treat all customers with the same level of care and diligence.

We will in most cases need to survey a property but we are happy to provide free advise via email or over the phone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are happy for our Surveyors to wear masks to cater for the vulnerable or elderly.
