Couldn’t ask for a better bunch of lads my flat roof was in really bad condition they came out assessed the damage all the osb boards where crumbling and they fixed the roof in just two days honestly very pleased thanks again

EP property maintenance came to us looking for business, after working on a neighbouring property, and offered to re-bed and repoint some ridge tiles and clear some gutters. I accepted, and they completed the work in the same day, in about two and a half hours. I think they did a good job, as far as I can tell. The cost was a bit more than I hoped, but I have no other trader to compare prices with. They were then very helpful in pointing out other work that could be done on our roof and gable end. More...

A couple of days ago I contacted this company about a pretty big leak we had coming through the roof they came out the same day and inspected the damage and found a hole in the tiles and felt the day after it was fully repaired.
