My name is Martin I am a fully qualified Executive coach trained by The British School Of Coaching, to ILM level 7 for Executives and Senior Leaders Coaches and Mentors.
I have worked at Envision4U for several years now and prior to that I worked for Centrica where my role was to train, coach and mentor managers, I was with Centrica for many years prior to leaving to follow my passion for coaching and mentoring.

I love to see my clients progression and the realisation that they can achieve what they desire.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was coaching professionally for a large corporate business and the coaching became more about numbers than quality, it was at this point I decided that I would prefer to work for myself.

All my coaching work was done remotely during the covid pandemic and since then customers can choose how they would like to receive my services.
