External cleaning services, which include pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, soffit & Fascia clean, also do upvc cleaning and cladding cleans. I only use environmentally friendly chemicals where possible. Hopefully, in the future, all my cleaning solutions will be environmentally friendly.

External cleaning
I clean residential properties with services such as pressure washing driveways, patios. I also do gutter cleaning, soffit, fascias and cladding cleaning , and window cleaning as well.
Pressure washing!
I use a diesel or electric pressure washer to clean driveways, patios, decking, and walls to blast away that dirty and grime.
My start of price is £50 for spot cleaning.
1 car drive starts from £120
2 car drive starts from £210
3 car drive starts from £300
Depend on what your driveway needs are (sand, chemicals, etc..)
This will be extra, but we will need to have a chat or possible measure up.
Soffit and Fascia
Cleaning soffit and fascias i do this a couple of ways, one i just run up a ladder and clean by hand or i use an extendable pole with a brush on it which has water going through the pole to clean away that dirt.

Gutter cleaning/clearing
I use a wet/dry gutter vacuum cleaner for this service.
