I posted a small plumbing job on Bark; I received an email from “energy-care” that they would be working in my area the following day. I arranged for them to come and give me a free quote for the job which was to install and outside tap. A very polite young lad arrived and took a look at the job which needed doing he made a quick phone call and gave me the price for doing the work, he then asked if I wanted it done right away or he could let me think about it and decided later. I said no for the price please do it, so he went off and got the parts he needed and don the job, which he done was fantastic far better than expected, he even cleaned up everything and took it with him leaving me nothing to do. Absolutely over the moon with this service, a polite well-mannered hard working young man, no breaks just got on with the job and cleared up any mess. IT IS 19.11.PM NOW....THIS COMPANIES EMPLOYEE WAS GOING TO BE HERE AFTER 3PM. NO SIGN YET OR PHONE CALL. I PHONED AROUND 4PM TO ASK FOR A TIMING ROUGH IDEA N WAS TOLD MAYBE AS LATE AS 6PM ISH AND I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL WHEN HE WAS ON WAY TO ME AND SAID I WOULD STILL LIKE THEM TODAY N NOT TO RESCHEDULE . ..... THEY ARE AWARE I HAVE A MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES WHICH CAUSE HUGE PROBLEMS IF SOMEONE HAS TO ENTER THE HOUSE . I HAVE TO ASK THEM TO WEAR A COVERALL SUIT N OVERSHOES AND I HAVE TO SHADOW THEM WITH ANTIBACTERIAL SPRAY N WIPES N CLEAN TOOLS ETC. I KNOW IT'S ILLOGICAL BUT IT IS WAT IT IS. They then arrived during this time 15:15 when I was just leaving the house. I explained that I was leaving and I was not willing to let some one into my house unattended.
