A couple of years ago, our garage roof was badly installed by the other company and it kept leaking. We were so disappointed so we got other companies to rectify the issues. It did improve, however it was still leaking. So we decided to contact Empire UPVC to see if they could sort it out. They recognised the issues straight away. We were really worried that they will be other dodgy company but they really reassured us that they will do a great job. They were really professional and very informative. They replaced part of the garage roof; we are really happy with their service! You can clearly see that they paid attention to details and in high quality. I recently contacted Empire roofing after noticing that part of my soffit had come loose and was hanging down. I reached out to three different companies, but Empire was the only one to respond. I got a phone call the same day and was informed that Chris would stop by to inspect the issue and call me afterward, as I was at work. True to his word, Chris called shortly after the inspection, explaining exactly what needed to be done, offering some great recommendations, and providing a clear and competitive price. You can tell he takes great pride in his company, and rightly so. I quickly received an email with a detailed breakdown of the work and the cost. I booked them in for a few days later, and the team that came out was fantastic. They completed the work to an excellent standard and left the place spotless—it was like they were never there. This is a genuine review. The quote was good and response was on the same day with a clear list of items needed. I then was given a date for starting also times for material and skip to be delivered, and these all arrived by appointed times. The work was started and the skilled workers continued for a week even working on the bank holiday. The finished job was better than I expected and the cleanliness was first class. I have warranty on my new roof installed by Empire but this week they have refused to help with sorting the damp that has come about with the installation of the new roof they installed. Damp is coming into the bedroom. DO NOT use this company. They are just after your money. Customer service is poor.
