We have used Empire home solutions for about a year and a half. We were having huge difficulties in finding a reliable, honest and fair priced plumber since Covid. Shane has restored our faith with his total dedication, availability and fair price. We maintain 5 properties in which he has carried out landlords gas safety tests, installed 1 new boiler, carried out yearly service visits and attends very quickly for any reactive issues we have. I now use him at home to service my boiler yearly as he is so honest and hardworking, nothing is a problem for him, he will let you know if there is a cheaper option to resolve the issue. Don’t feel worried if he can fit you in quickly, this is due to his total dedication and commitment to his trade and as mentioned above the long hours he works to commit to any project he undertakes. His hourly rates are very very reasonable considering the service you will receive. It’s a five star review from us and we continue to use him regularly, he still offers os the outstanding service he gave us on his first visit, we do not have to wait for a callout despite now being a regular customer. I reached out to Shane on a bitterly cold -4 degree weekend morning for assistance with my malfunctioning boiler. He was very responsive, even on the weekend, and provided a fair quote with no hidden charges, unlike many other gas engineers. He took the time to listen to the issue, agreed with my suggested solution, and arrived at my home within 30 minutes of my call.
