Currently fixing my father-in-law’s oven door that Emperor snapped off. He got in touch a couple of weeks after it happened and they said he should have told him sooner. He has an aggressive cancer so hasn’t been cooking with it much and doesn’t have the energy to argue with them but just posting this as I don’t agree with how they dealt with this situation. More...

Luke and the team at Emperor are complete professionals; managed to book me in for a double oven clean in the run up to Christmas and left my old oven looking like it had just walked off the showroom floor. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are following goverment guidelines for mobile workers/tradespeople. At the time of each booking we are discussing any covid precautions that may be required.
