I had to change this review as it is not something I would of put normally. I was told I'd be paid for writing 5 star reviews on all the platforms they had. The reviews were to help them build a more reputable background on these platforms, judging from previous reviews, they won't be in business much longer. If you're thinking of starting here as an employee or even as a customer. .. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST! I was never paid for the reviews, they lied, they also never had any jobs on the app unless you're happy working once or twice a week for under £100 go ahead... this company is probably one of the worst I've experienced. Very poor communication, total lack of respect for people, the woman during the interview stage kept talking over me when I was asking or answering questions, which I found rude. Another point to add multiple people have been complained about additional charges added on there pay for nothing. You have to have a deposit of £20 in your account on the app before you can take on any jobs which is ridiculous... I could keep going on but I'm bored... I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THESE BAD EGGS. Worst company ever as you’ll see from what I earn to what they actually pay is disgusting stay clear they tell you contact payroll I’ve done so many times 3 weeks I’ve been them everyday I’ve email payroll and hear nothing back you’ll see there’s over £300 in account earned but they pay me £170 disgusting as you can see and all this money earned was in the cut off dates

My experience is based on the cleaner Arzo. She was very punctual and friendly. I had a great conversation with her while she cleaned the apartment. She made sure that everything was perfect and would not leave before! Review from a Newbie... Got an amazing and friendly welcome experience from Nishani. She's given me a great insight on what to expect and how to make the best of my time with eMop. I'm trying this out on flexible part-time basis and setting out for my first order as I type this. The app has been user friendly.
