What’s your interior design process?
Onboarding & Project documentation: We are starting the design journey with an
onboarding consultation, where we will dive deep into your goals, preferences, and style for your spaces. During this meeting, we will discuss your requirements and vision for each room, review inspiration images, and take all the necessary measurements.
Concept Development: Next, we will refine your vision and establish the primary aesthetic direction, also exploring various options for furniture layouts, wherever feasible. Once this stage is complete, we will touch base with you to ensure the direction aligns with your expectations before diving into the finer design details.
Design Development & Sourcing:
This in-depth stage involves finalising layouts,
creating a list of furniture, fixtures, and fittings, and producing precise joinery drawings where necessary. We also provide imagery to help you envision the rooms and present multiple furniture options for your consideration. At the conclusion of this stage, we schedule a review session to finalise the designs & product list.
Product procurement**: As we move forward, rest assured that we'll handle all your shopping needs with ease. From placing furniture orders to coordinating with suppliers, we'll ensure smooth delivery right to your door. What's more, you'll have access to trade discounts, helping you maximise savings and get the most out of our services!
Installation**: We will take care of everything from coordinating installations to dealing with contractors, ensuring your spaces are perfectly finished and styled, all ready for you to enjoy your new home. Our team will manage and coordinate the complete installation process, providing support from start to finish.

Which interior design styles can you cater for?
For every project, I'm working closely with you to create a design that meets your individual needs and is functional for your lifestyle. We start by filling out a short questionnaire to help me learn more about your space, lifestyle and design preferences. We might also create Pinterest boards together so that we're super clear on the aesthetic direction before starting the design process.
What do you love most about your job?
I'm dedicated to make good design accessible to anyone and I truly enjoy every step of this process. The most rewarding part for me is hearing how happy my clients are upon completion of a project. It's just incredible how powerful transforming a space can be!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Interior Design and me is a true love story. When I was a child, it all started by rearranging the furniture in my room every month, but it hasn't been until my early twenties when I realised I could turn this obsession of mine into a career. During my university studies it became clear to me that I needed a meaningful job that would never tire me, and I soon found that sort of satisfaction in helping people feel better in their homes.

I'm a very open and honest person, I love connecting with people and help them see the potential in their spaces that they perhaps can't visualise themselves. I believe that our spaces affect our moods and everyday habits, so well thought-through interiors are essential for all of us.
I’ve been steadily working towards my goal of becoming your knowledgeable home furnishing advocate. I built my career working in various amazing roles such as a B2B Home Furnishing Consultant, Retail & Commercial Interior Designer, Project Manager, and Remote Residential Interior Designer. I’ve been freelancing since 2017 and I set up MB "Embee" Interiors 2 years later.

Yes! Whether you are local to London, or living on the other side of the globe, I'm happy to help you out! I've completed projects throughout the UK, as well as short lets in Budapest, Berlin, and even holiday homes in Africa. All I need is accurate measurements and some photos of your space.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our on-site services are carried out socially distanced with careful attention, wearing masks and frequently sanitising our tools.
Online Interior Design (E-Design)
Fully remote Interior Design from £549 per room*. Easy, affordable, and entirely online. This package is perfect if you want design direction and designer expertise, but don't mind doing a little legwork to prepare, manage, and implement your project.
Premium Interior Design
Interior Design including site visits and all the extras from £879 per room*.
Premium Design service with great attention to detail and a collaborative design process. Ideal if you need a complete room design and require your products and accessories to be sourced.
Instant Designer
Professional advice on anything Interiors related for £297 per 2-hour session.
The "Instant Designer" or Intro session is the quickest and most affordable way to work with me.
This service includes either a virtual or in-person walk-through of your home, during which you can ask any questions you may have.
The two-hour consultation allows you to use the time as you wish, tackling immediate concerns on your to-do list such as colours, paint, storage ideas, or how to improve lighting in your home.
While this is not a complete room design service, it's a great starting point to get advice from a professional and feel empowered to tackle some immediate problems on your own, or explore how you could get there with the help of a professional.
