Having such a broad background which includes performance, singing/songwriting, musical theater, classical piano, studio production and much more, I have a wide range of skills to offer my clients, and cater my lessons to the individual. Yes, I work over Zoom and FaceTime depending on location and client preference.
This works particularly well for piano, songwriting and music theory but works well for singing too.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work online. If in person, I am in a spacious room with ample windows and fresh air. Masks can be worn if it makes the client feel more comfortable.
Piano Lessons
I teach piano to all ages and all levels.
I can teach all styles including classical, rock, pop, songwriting, composition and beginner jazz.
Singing Lessons
I offer singing lessons of varied styles. I like to encourage students to focus on what particularly interests them. I work with all styles including musical theatre, pop, jazz, blues, reggae, and have even worked with rappers.
I focus on technique and correct use of breathing with a strong emphasis on vocal health. I also have a strong focus on confidence, and finding your personal voice and power.
Songwriting Lessons
A prolific songwriter myself, I write in all genres. Whether it be pop, rock, rap, country or musical theatre, I can help you to craft your songs. I work with beginners all the way up until advanced.
I am very flexible and like to work with the students needs and desires. I have worked with vocalists, lyricists, those who play guitar/piano and accompany themselves, those who don't accompany themselves, those who have never written before and those who have written a lot. I have also written songs for other artists professionally for a number of years. I love assisting with songwriting.

Music Theory
I teach music theory of all levels. Student will be required to purchase books to work through in lessons. I can guide students towards exams if that is desired.
