Very punctual and were already hard at work by the time they were due to arrive! Very polite and approachable, from Billy right through the guys fitting the gutters, fascia’s etc. unfortunately, heavy rain and then snow put a halt to things for the day. They gave a full explanation and I even had an email from the office to explain why they had to stop. They said they’d be there the next working day, and as before, they were already hard at work at arrival time! The work looks fab and no mess left behind at all, the driveway is cleaner now than it was before they arrived! We used Ellett Roofline to redo our wooden beams on our house. The old beams needed replacing due to birds literally ripping strips of wood along with rain coming in through the gaps between the wood and brickwork. Billy and his team have done an amazing job. They arranged for scaffolding to go up, the old wooden beams removed , rendering and then new beams fitted. We were so impressed by the work carried out to the front of the house, we ended up getting all the beams replaced at the sides and back of the house. Billy and his team are polite and friendly. Billy and his team have just replaced the old wooden weatherboarding on my house with synthetic cladding and they have done an amazing job. They arrived early each day, worked hard and cleared up after they finished. The complete job took two and a half days including installation and removal of scaffolding. We chose Ellet roofline as he was honest and told us exactly what we needed. They turned up before 8 and started work on time and worked full long hard days, which is rare nowadays for builders. He run exactly on time. To be honest his work is clean tidy, very professional on all levels. They even tidied and hid all satellite and phone cable which made my house look like a house rather than spaghetti junction, and any work that needed fixing on roof he fixed with no extra cost to us.
