Jamie and the Elite team were very quick to respond initially and they backed this up with 2 visits to my property so they could correctly quote for the work.

The work was scheduled and Jamie kept me up to date with constant pics on WhatsApp and what was working and not working.

Of course when everything goes right it's easy to do a good job, but quality stands out when things go wrong and how a supplier addresses it. Jamie found a horrendous issue with rot and woodworm in my Barn (of course could not have been seen by Elite when quoting). He was able to propose a sensible and pragmatic solution, which was reasonably priced, allowing the project to complete on time.

Lots of timewasters in the Shenfield area, so my advice is go directly to Elite. I believe you will notice the difference. More...
