The guys from Elite did a great job but I had issues with the invoicing. We agreed two people for half a day so 8 hours in total. When the bill came in it was for 12 hours which we hadn't agreed to and which included an hour lunch (one of them had no food so I made them something) break in the van. Liam agreed to reduce it by two hours which I decided was fine as they got a lot done. 24 hours after sending the revised invoice he was pressurising me for payment. I normally pay straight away but due to (severe) illness I hadn't managed to. He then threatened to come round in person the next day if I didn't pay immediately. I found this very intimidating and have now settled up. Despite the good work I won't be using him again because I don't want to repeat this experience. More...
