One star because he responded quickly.
He charged us, pensioners in eighties, £580 for 2hrs work taking 2 rambling roses down, chopping 3 branches from a tree & taking away the rubbish but, leaving numerous small branches behind, felt frightened by him.
Came with his younger brother, who hardly did anything. Complained to Bark who gave him a warning, unable to get us a refund. Do not use him.

Miss Carr we did not charge you £580 it was a lot less we did alot of work for you reducing two hedges in size and trimming the sides we also took away alot of tons and nettles for you we digged up some of your back garden to get it ready to plate some grass seeds and took away all of the rubbish we did everything that you wanted …you were just making excuses not to pay even your daughter told you that we did everything that we agreed on?
