I would with all heart advise to stay full away from this company, Marcin comes across like a good person however he has played the classic game in coming in very low and then charging the world to complete the next phase of the work. He felt like he trapped me as didn't even complete the agreed work we initially started. I am now taking matters to the small claims court to get my money back from him. Marcin is a classic greedy builder and please do not trust him on the numbers as he will find many ways to blame other people than himself or even you by saying that was not in the original agreement.
