John the proprietor of ERG is a very personable fellow. From our first meeting on site when he came to assess the job and give me a firm price, there was no sales pressure whatsoever, I was asked what I wanted and john explained how he would perform the installation.
I didn't need much time to think about it as everything was explained in a concise and clear manner, I found his price highly competitive and we agreed a date that was convenient for us both for the work to commence. A couple of weeks later John turned up exactly as promised with a big smile a cheery 'good morning' and immediately set to work. The installation progressed quite speedily and of course without any problems or excuses it was all plain sailing in fact I would say I can't remember having work done at my house by anyone else without disruption or disturbance to my day. After the work was completed john thoroughly explained everything about the operating system including how to take care of it thus ensuring a longer life of the unit. John took my old garage door and fittings away for me which was a bonus as they are not the easiest of things to transport, then he commenced tidying up removing every trace of his presence finishing by sweeping the area so thoroughly I swear it was cleaner than when he arrived. In order that john could work comfortably I removed two sets of storage shelving creating the space he required. John was finished and ready to go home but that did not stop him from making one final gesture confirming his desire to leave a customer completely happy at the start of the day he had thanked me for removing the shelving out of the working area and now he was offering to help me reinstate my garage to it's previous order a true gentleman and a consummate professional. As for my new electric roller garage door well I am really pleased with it Johns attention to the finishing details are second to none I honestly cannot find anything that I would have liked to be done differently. My house looks much smarter and I'm loving the convenience of not having to grab the bottom of a cold wet garage door in order to open it.

Very good experience dealing with John at Electric Roller Garages. Started with no-pressure initial appointment to measure up and work out the costs.
He fully explained all options and varieties and provided samples to examine.
Upon confirmation, the doors were ordered and he suggested the construction process would be around 3 weeks. This was correct and I was able to book an installation appointment for the following week.
John turned up on time on the day, and completed the work within the 6 hour time frame suggested, with minimal disturbance and zero fuss. He left the garage tidy and took away the old doors to be disposed of.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend John and Electric Roller Garages, as the service very professional, very good value for money, and an excellent finished set of doors.

I genuinely can’t recommend this company and John enough. Right from the first time he came round to help us select the correct door John has always been so helpful and considerate.
Not only was the installation brilliant but the product was of great quality. I now use my garage door more than my main front door due to the ease and quickness of the roller door. We also had the Remootio smart garage door opener fitted. This now allows me to open the garage door using my smart phone without having to be at home.
John’s after care service has also been exceptional, nothing is ever to much trouble. Whenever I call him with a query he is always willing and happy to help. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Having used the garage door every day for the last 2-3 years it’s been brilliant as expected even the batteries have not run out on the remote control And still looking as good as the day it was fitted No fading !
