Yes, services are provided through a client Portal. Each client will have their own login for ease of sharing documentation.

It's possible to meet in person, but the majority of tasks are performed online.

Services

Completing and submitting UK self assessment tax returns for UK taxpayers.

The process involves:

1. Anti money laundering check where we will create a client Portal for you to upload ID documentation

2. You will need to share your HMRC UTR number so that we can request agent status from HMRC, to allow us to submit a self assessment tax return for you

3. We ask you to complete a short series of check boxes so that we know which sections of the tax return need to be completed

4. We ask you for the relevant information

5. We prepare the self assessment tax return and explain and review it with you, this can be via email, phone, video call or in person in some cases.

6. Once you approve the tax return for submission, we submit it to HMRC.

Preparing and submitting statutory accounts to Companies House and corporation tax returns to HMRC using your company's bookkeeping.
The process involves:
1. Anti money laundering check where we will create a client Portal for you to upload ID documentation
2. You will need to share your company's HMRC UTR number and Companies House authentication code so that we can request agent status from HMRC, and to enable us to submit accounts to Companies House.
3. We discuss your company's activities with you to better understand the business 4. We ask you for access to your company's bookkeeping. 5. We prepare the accounts and tax returns from the bookkeeping, then explain and review the accounts and tax return with you, this can be via email, phone, video call or in person in some cases. 6. Once you approve the accounts and tax returns for submission, we submit them to Companies House and HMRC.
