Individual Counselling
In individual therapy, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or feeling stuck, I provide personalized support to meet your unique needs. My approach is integrative, drawing from Person-Centred Therapy to create a compassionate, collaborative environment. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and shift unhelpful thinking patterns, Psychodynamic Therapy to understand how past experiences shape current behaviours, and Existential Therapy to explore meaning and foster acceptance. Together, we’ll work through any barriers, gain insight into your experiences, and develop strategies for positive change.
Couples Counselling
Couples Counselling offers a space to explore and resolve the challenges you and your partner may be facing. Whether you're experiencing communication issues, conflict, emotional disconnection, or life changes, therapy can help strengthen your relationship and restore understanding. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where both partners can express their feelings, improve communication, and work through difficulties together.
