Brandon was fast to follow up on the job post. He was personable, polite and easy to approach with questions or suggestions.
Both gentlemen that turned up, were professional and nothing but polite.
Job(s) consisted of initial garden clearance and then we followed up with some landscaping.
There was a couple of niggles, jobs were initially agreed but reasons for non completion were found, the price was renegotiated mid job, due to rising material costs over Bank Holiday weekend and part of the agreed costing, a new back gate was dropped due to costs. However these were previously all agreed.
This and the fact that the garden was never fully cleared, even though it was agreed in both job agreements (small amount of soil and some waste wood needed going) left a poor mark against what was a very nice job, with some great results.
PLUSES: Fast, communicative, polite and actually turned up when they said they would!
MINUSES: Maybe a little more thought should go into initial job agreement.
Overall happy to recommend.
