booked for furniture removal from my back yard, he text first to get photos sent of bulky goods and when he received pics he charged £80. I agreed when Ed arrived he had no help so I offered him someone from the family to help, after receiving the free help he decided he now need £100 . I told him I wasn't happy as he had already quoted £80 and supplied him free labour in the form off someone to help load the van, he said I can take the stuff out of the van if I wasn't happy which I so rightly was not . I paid the £100 but I will never use his business again and I would not recommend him to anyone. Hard lesson learned this time.😡😡😡 More...
