Physical Therapy

Edric is very knowledgeable and very hands on. You definitely get your money worth, my pain has reduced dramatically and I only had one session.

He was able to diagnose the underlying issue I have with my body. My left knee was in pain and amongst other things we identified that the root cause was because of a previous minor hip injury that wasn’t properly healed. He gave those areas some massage and some strengthen exercises which helped relieve the pain.


He also has a holistic approach to your health which includes, your mental health, how you breathe, what you eat and how you sleep. He helps me learn how they all contribute to my muscles, joints and healing process. So I have been given a plan to get back to recovery and have a better long term health.

Medical Acupuncture involves using needles to target specific points on the body to stimulate the natural healing process. It helps to relieve pain, reduces inflammation, tension and promotes blood flow for efficient recovery.

Cupping is a non-invasive treatment. Placing cups on the skin, creating suction to help promote blood flow and reduce muscle tension. It supports the lymphatic system to get rid of unwanted waste in the muscles and body.

Functional Nutrition addresses the relationship between our Diet/lifestyle choices which can affect the overall health and bodily function. It is important to address this factor as food is an essential and fundamental tool for the performance of our bodies.

Sports massage is a specialised form of massage therapy designed to enhance athletic performance, prevent injuries, and aid in the recovery of muscles and soft tissues. Sports massage can play a crucial role in optimising your body condition.
