Dear Olivia, I wanted to tell you our fantastic news about how all of your amazing nutrition and healthy weight loss advice and strategies has impacted our health and weight. I weighed myself this morning, after 5 months, and I've lost half a stone. Philip has lost a stone, and he is now no longer bordering on the margin of being diabetic. And it was easy for us both. So easy, we thought the scales were faulty! This is how: During the last 6 months, we have both consciously and gradually replaced a lot of things, eating more lean meat and a lot more veg, and different colours of veg. We still eat meat, fish, fruit, veg, seeds and nuts, but we have either cut out or replaced all of the sugary or fatty snacks, biscuits, desserts, crisps, pastry and batter. We still drink red and white wine! I have another stone to lose, but I'm sure this will just gradually drop off, by doing what I'm already doing. Thanks to you. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
What we eat affects our mood and how we feel about ourselves. I know how it feels to be overweight. You don't like how you look.; you don't like how you feel, but mostly you feel pretty bad about yourself. I've been there. By finding what a healthy diet is, you will feel empowered around food - and calm.
There is so much contradictory information on the internet from so-called experts in hormones, diets, and health it's not surprising we are confused. Yet the rates of overweight and obesity are getting worse. It's not your fault. Perhaps the advice is wrong. Perhaps it doesn't cover the truth about calories, your metabolism and fat storage, or uncover the hidden blocks as to why people are getting unhealthier. What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about seeing people increase their confidence through improving their diet, learning the real facts about nutrition, and feeling more confident, and upgrading to a growth and positive mindset.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being slim, fit and healthy saved my life after an operation that put me in Intensive care. I have had health challenges, learned how to turn my own life around and now I want to give back and help people who used to be overweight like I was in my younger days. By reframing my challenges I am turning things around by helping others to believe in themselves and be the healthiest and happiest possible, looking forward to the opportunities that life has to offer.

I know how it feels personally to be overweight and to struggle with my health - so I am non-judgemental. Unlike many other experts, I will never use personal responsibility to make you feel it is your fault for the lack of results. It is not your fault. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If clients wish to come to my office, everything is sanitised and deep cleaned before and after every visit. Sanitiser is provided. I take necessary and proactive precautions to ensure the safety of all visitors. I have had three vaccinations.
