I visited the Head office thus week to say There is no contact number to contact any department including complaints, Onle Bus runs from Hessle to Hornsea every 2 hours and not on a sunday this is a private company extracting subsidiary from the councils and not providing a service to the public

The 3pm 154 from Anlaby Road was abusive over a passenger not looking where they was going and barging into me and the driver blaming me for it when I was stood still waiting to get on the bus patiently and he was abusive said I told him to F off I did use the F word when the fat driver told me to get off the bus on my way to my Castle hill appointment at hospital Extremely rude on a busy bus That is when I swore at the driver for real

I always get the bus and it has been great for years but recently they are either being delayed or cancelled. And recently the bus I was on was just covered in bugs, please change back to the way your busses use to be.

Buses consistently run behind schedule, occasionally even canceling services without prior notification. When this happen you have to wait 30-40 minutes for the next available bus. In a recent incident, I was on foot to catch a bus expected to arrive in 5 minutes at a designated stop. Surprisingly, the bus arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule, failed to halt, and left me waiting an additional hour for the subsequent one, especially inconvenient as it was a Sunday. We use the east Yorkshire bus services a lot and we find the driver's are friendly and helpful always wait until the person who possibly are having trouble walking to get seated before pulling away from the stop plus the buses are always clean on the inside I think these driver's are the tops

Although I've never travelled with this company, what I can say is that at least one of their drivers is a speed freak with no consideration for other road users. The coach driver just flew past around 20 cars at a "merge in turn" junction in Derby and then continued to push his way in to the traffic by trying to put 3 cars on the pavement. We have been to Douglas, Isle of Man with Jake the driver & Linda the Escort. A great team, Linda was very informative & helpful throughout the 6 day break. Jake certainly went the extra mile, on his day off he came with us on our train journey & showed us where to go and what to do, he even got the tickets for all who were interested. We also had a few surprise stops on our break, an absolute asset to the company, nothing was too much trouble.This is our first Break with East Yorkshire and impressed, with the very professional, caring driver & Escort.Our holiday was to The Isle of Man,9th-14th August.
