What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people. Yeah, im getting paid for the work i do but having the skills and knowledge to be able to provide the best service to my customers and leave them with a nice professionally cleaned home exterior is satisfying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ive been working as part of a team for a long time now, well over 15 years and i felt it was time to start my own business in the exterior cleaning industry and build my own team.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I put the customer first in all aspects. Im transparent, kind and mindful of others. I plan all jobs with care and attention taking into consideration other members of the public i.e neighbours and passers by.
I would much rather save my customers money other than have them spend it. I acknowledge im offering a paid service, however, i am realistic with costs and time. I never overcharge because i cant be bothered to calculate true costs and any unforseen costs will always be discussed prior to moving on.

I can quote most jobs accurately via google earth. The platform as a great measuring tool that enables me to provide my customers with quick and easy quotes. I do however, like to make face to face quotes for a majority of my jobs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am well aware of the health and saftey of my customers and other members of the public. I wasnt in business myself during Covid 19 but i was employed as a key worker so all of what i learnt during that period will carry over.
I am more than happy to wear masks for face to face meetings or change my processes to accommodate my customers needs.
