I started seeing Pavlína a little over a year ago, as a rather unwell 24 year old woman. I was on blood pressure medication, pain medication and couldn’t get through the working week comfortably at all. By the end of my time working with Pavlína, I was completely off the blood pressure medication and pain medication - I am running 10k’s, doing over time at work and I’ve even applied to be in the Royal Air Force - once which I used to joke about to Pavlína saying “I wonder if one day”. The moment I realised the acupuncture was going to work was when I had a cold/flu during one of my appointments. Without telling me what this point in the body does, P put a needle in the base of my thumb and I - hand on heart - felt the pain disappear from my throat. Who knew an acupuncture point in the hand could cure a sore throat! P works absolute miracles, I can attest. For anyone considering or wondering if they should try it, do it.
